- How am I billed? Your credit card is billed, monthly. We bill your incoming number fee 1 month in advance. Your call charges are added to your monthly invoice.
- Can I change my number, or my city where I have my incoming number? Yes, of course. We have very effective customer service. All you need to is send email to customercare and we will take are of your needs.
- How do I change my destination number? This is very easy. In our customer panel, you click voicemail and destination, enter your number, click update. That is all.
- How do I see my calls, and charges? Your calls, charges, and all account information is easy to find in the customercare panel.
- How do I cancel my account? Send email to customercare and we will handle the rest.
- How do I receive my voicemail? Login and click voicemail.
- Where can I find you complete rates, and service agreement? We post this information on the fees and rates page. The files are easily downloadable.
