  1. How am I billed? Your credit card is billed, monthly. We bill your incoming number fee 1 month in advance. Your call charges are added to your monthly invoice.
  2. Can I change my number, or my city where I have my incoming number? Yes, of course. We have very effective customer service. All you need to is send email to customercare and we will take are of your needs.
  3. How do I change my destination number? This is very easy. In our customer panel, you click voicemail and destination, enter your number, click update. That is all.
  4. How do I see my calls, and charges? Your calls, charges, and all account information is easy to find in the customercare panel.
  5. How do I cancel my account? Send email to customercare and we will handle the rest. 
  6. How do I receive my voicemail? Login and click voicemail.
  7. Where can I find you complete rates, and service agreement? We post this information on the fees and rates page. The files are easily downloadable.
